Hi there! I have just finished a Master's degree in Genetics (having specialised from a general Biological Science degree) and I'm excited about sharing my enthusiasm for learning about the natural world! I'm looking to do a PhD in the future so I would really like to spend some time inspiring and helping others to engage with biology (or any of the other sciences) before I continue my own learning!

The world of biology is fascinating, but understanding it can sometimes be a little confusing. A steady approach to building up a base of knowledge through personalised study methods (we all learn in different ways) is therefore helpful to work out what is going on (and what the mark-schemes are looking for). I am happy to adjust classes to personal needs including: teaching on specific topics, general revision before tests, or assistance on particular past paper questions. I can adapt this to students studying for GCSEs or A-levels. Lesson length will generally be limited to 1 hour maximum (to stay within a productive time limit), however exceptions can be made to suit demand before big upcoming deadlines. I have experience from teaching swimming and skiing, as well as from some academic tutoring during my time at school and university. I have 11 GCSEs, 4 A-levels, and a Master's degree in Biological Science (with a speciality in Genetics).
