As your twerk instructor i'll always be 100% with your fitness/ dance workouts with you making sure you my audience are happy and confident in your individual bodies and state of minds aswell as all that you wont just be twerking but learning how to do some other feminine dances aswell as learning how to make your booty shake A lot of people misunderstand twerking they see it as disgusting or shameful personally it is a form of dance and there is nothing wrong with dancing.
I also want to say anyone can twerk you don’t need to have a lot of fat or muscle on your bum to twerk you just need to learn the simple tactics
