Jo is a trauma-informed yoga teacher with a strong foundation in alignment, nervous-system awareness, and individualized instruction. She has over 1,200 hours of teacher training and is RYT-500 certified. Her teaching method is body-positive, intentional, and highly attuned to each student’s needs.
