With 7 years of experience as a jazz piano tutor and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance, I’ve dedicated my teaching career to helping serious students grow into confident, expressive, and technically refined musicians. My specialty is preparing students for demanding conservatory programs such as Berklee, Juilliard, and other top-tier jazz institutions. I take a holistic approach to instruction, blending technical foundation, theoretical insight, and creative exploration in every lesson. This is why I spend as much time on improvisation, personal expression, and tone shaping as I do on scales, voicings, and repertoire. I believe confidence grows from preparation. My lessons stay positive, steady, and supportive. I want students to feel proud when they perform. Their playing becomes expressive and strong. They learn to share music with confidence.
