What started as a personal quest became a path I now walk with hundreds of others—with the same sincerity, curiosity, and reverence that brought me here in the first place. Over the last 13 years, I've had the privilege to guide people from different walks of life—working professionals, students, frontline workers, elders—each carrying their own story, and each finding their own rhythm through yoga. What unites us is not flexibility or perfection, but the willingness to pause, breathe, and return to ourselves. My teaching is deeply inspired by the lineage of traditional yoga. I’ve learned from masters who have carried forward the teachings of T Krishnamacharya, and every class I offer carries that thread of authenticity—grounded, simple, and relevant to your life today. Whether you're here to reduce stress, find clarity, ease pain, or simply begin again—I’m here to hold space for you. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

• Rooted in Tradition: I trained under lineage-based masters like Dr. Kausthub Desikachar (grandson of T. Krishnamacharya), Arun H.S, Gururaj, Dr. ALV Kumar, and Indana Suryanarayana. Their teachings continue to shape my path.
• Evolving Wisdom: While I teach, I also remain a lifelong student. I consistently seek guidance from authentic sources to deepen my understanding and practice.
• Academic & Professional Training: I hold an MBA, an MA in Yoga, and an RYT 500 certification, blending modern insights with ancient philosophy.
• Therapeutic Focus: I specialize in yoga for stress, anxiety, and depression, with a structured approach combining movement, breath, and mindfulness.
