Perfect! Honestly this was such a refreshing class. I was nervous going into it but he reassured me this is a safe space and made me feel more and more comfortable. He easily pointed out exactly where I needed help and explained how we would keep working together to achieve the end goal I wish for. I think the instruments he adds to the session only helps you more with exercises as well. Definitely looking forward to the next session.
