About Abhishek
My teaching method is as simple as it gets. Keep your basics correct, don't overcomplicate things & keep it simple. I believe in consistent hard work. I train people like an athlete which is more functional and transferable to our daily life and it will still make you feel good, feel fitter, faster and lighter. Almost everyone these days trains in the gym like a bodybuilder but only a few step on the stage to compete. Have you asked yourself why do you train like a bodybuilder even when you don't compete? Can you run fast? Can you jump? Are you flexible enough? Can you run a marathon? Can you lift a heavy bag of groceries without getting hurt or thinking twice? Ask these questions to yourself and you'd have a much clearer picture of whether you want to continue being your normal self or you want to train with me and become the best version of yourself and be able to do everything that comes naturally to us humans.
