I've been taking yoga classes with Deepali for 3 months now. It's been a pleasure have her as a teacher. It has been two weeks that I am doing yoga uder her guidance and I can already feel the differenc ein my energy levels and flexibility. She not only makes us do variations of asans but also ensures that we do different postures everyday so as to ensure we focus on each and every part of our body. Hi!Regular yoga practice especially Swaasthya yoga creates mental clarity and calmness to the mind.I reckon Swaasthya yoga has so well incorporated both meditation and breathing so well that will help improve a person's mental well being. It has increased strength and flexibility in me ......cannot leave yoga .....
I joined Swaasthya yoga couple of months ago and I am really enjoying it. The instructions are detailed and precise, and postures are corrected patiently. I have noticed increased flexibility in my body and overall fitness. There are also daily tips given out which I find very useful.
