About Wasim

I am an English language teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. I hold a PhD in English from IIT Roorkee, a Master’s degree in English from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and a postgraduate diploma in the Teaching of English from EFL University, Hyderabad.

Over the years, I have taught learners from different countries through online platforms such as AmazingTalker and italki, delivering more than 1,000 one-to-one lessons.

I specialize in spoken English, conversational fluency, pronunciation, Business English, interview preparation, and professional communication.

My teaching approach is interactive, practical, and learner-centered. I focus on helping students communicate naturally and confidently in real-life situations rather than simply memorizing grammar rules.

Whether you want to improve your everyday English, prepare for a job interview, or communicate more effectively at work, I will tailor my lessons to your level and goals. My aim is to make learning English engaging, practical, and enjoyable.

I came across Wasim's profile here and I was impressed by his experience. So I decided to take a demo class. I think Wasim is the teacher I would like to learn English from. Today he asked me what my problems were and we talked about working on them in the classes. He gave me a topic to speak for 2 minutes. He listened very carefully. I found it very easy to talk to him. He is an excellent teacher and puts effort into teaching. I already referred Wasim to a few friends of mine who also want to learn English.
