About RAVI
After a career in the field of Luxury and several health concerns, I decide to take my life back in hand and start the long and wonderful path of Yoga. I first trained in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, finding the training incomplete I flew to Rishikesh, India, to train in Hatha Yoga (200h), traditional Kundalini Yoga (100h) and Yoga Nidra (50h) (sleep yoga), then discover YinYoga and Acu-Yoga (100h) which fascinate me. At the same time I was interested and trained in Ayurvedic medicine, marma points and specification in Hatha & Philosophy of Yoga (500h). I never stop expanding my knowledge for the greater good of my students.
As of today I teach individual Yin Yang Yoga as taught and transmitted for millennia. The "Yang" Yoga energizes the body by working mainly on the muscles, it is an energizing practice. "Yin" is a gentle and deep yoga, working on the stretching ligaments and deep relaxation, it's a cooling practice. Yin Yang Yoga is therefore a practice that balances body and mind.

SINGULAR COURSE:
The course is 1 hour and takes place as follows:
- Opening mantra (gratitude / protection)
- Pranayama
- Asana series
- Relaxation
- Meditation
- Closing mantra (thanks / gratitude)
OR
COACHING :
My coachings are adapted to your Ayurvedic Assessment and consist of the following (4 weeks):
- 1h30 of first contact / report / action plan
- 2 x 1h of yoga classes / week (yinyoga, therapy, kundalini ...)
- 2x 30 minutes of meditation (kundalini, vipassana, nidra ..) / week
- 1h of assessment, Ayurvedic advice / week
