About Elisa
I have been working with the body since childhood. Trained at the dance academy, I have always worked by combining my passion for creation with the more scientific study of the body and its manifestations. I am also a dance therapist as I believe that sometimes the body speaks more than words to tell us who we are, to feel at ease. For this reason, careful work on self-care is fundamental for me, from nutrition to training. I love to share this knowledge that I myself practice about myself.

For years I have been working as a dancer and teacher of both dance and fitness. I have developed customized workouts for those who want to get back in shape, or improve their posture, and for those who want to do an effective and targeted muscle strengthening.
