Ashtanga Yoga is a form of dynamic yoga, a science that has evolved for thousands of years and aims at moral, physical, mental / emotional and spiritual development. To take your first steps in Ashtanga does not equal the age or if you have practiced Yoga before, neither is it necessary to be flexible or strong. Any time is good you just have to come in comfortable clothes and you win. The distinguishing feature of Ashtanga from other variants of yoga is its unique movement-breathing system, vinyasa, it is an accurate account of movements and breathing performed in each posture (asana). The movement in the sequence of postures, produces heat, the sweat cleanses and purifies, releasing the retained toxins. The body remains healthy, toned, flexible and strong. The power of breathing is the key. Breathing is energizing, calming and meditative. This method offers a perfect balance between physical training and the spiritual development of traditional yoga. A remarkable physical change is soon achieved. The body is stylized, strengthened and acquires lightness.

Perfect! Es paciente , enseña y explica los movimientos , en mi caso era mi primer contacto con el yoga y ha sido muy satisfactorio, tanto que quiero que forme parte de mi rutina , Montse continua dándome clases , y me complace que las dos tengamos el mismo objetivo : conseguir practicar yoga por mi misma , aún falta mucho pero tener el mismo fin en mente lo hace muy fácil , además es una persona muy responsable y seria con lo que hace

Llevo unas semanas dando clases con Montse, no había hecho ningún tipo de yoga antes y sólo puedo decir que estoy encantado. Gracias a ella me he enganchado totalmente.
Es muy profesional y el trato personal es fantástico. Además es muy flexible, hace que todo sea fácil. Pone mucha ilusión y esta pendiente para asegurar que el progreso es el adecuado.
