I teach English to students in classes 1 to 10. I have 2 years of teaching experience. My most popular course is English speaking and conversation skills.

My son has learning differences and we had gone through many tutors before we found Riya. She is truly a gift to our family. Unlike past teachers, my son looks forward to his time with her. She keeps him engaged and uses his interests to teach him. She is knowledgeable about so many subjects and loves teaching.

She’s very detailed and passionate about teaching. You won’t be disappointed. She’s extremely organized and very responsive. She offers many additional tools to help with the process and she definitely goes out of her way to ensure her students are getting what they need.

Riya was a great teacher! I plan on continuing lessons after a short break. I can’t believe how much I learned in a short amount of time.

Riya is an absolute life saver! 5 stars is not enough to describe how great of a tutor he is. I would give him 10 stars. He is extremely smart, helpful, and a great communicator. If it wasn’t for him I would have failed my class. He helped me very much and I honestly look forward to future tutor lessons with him. I would definitely, definitely recommend working with Riya. Riya has an incredible gift for teaching. Her/His classes seem like play but there is a lot of serious learning going on. I was already an intermediate/advanced student, but I learned something from every class, plus had a lot of fun doing it!

Riya manner of teaching is so wonderful and refreshing!! She’s/He’s patient and supportive, but really knows how to motivate her/his students. She’s/He’s great at building confidence and keeping lessons fun and engaging through a variety of activities that improve conversation, writing, and reading skills.

I have learned so much in my classes with Riya. She/He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in his classes Riya asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. She/He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found her/his class!
