Methodology

I give more importance to fun learning. First understand the students interest and go teaching according to it. Each student will be taught in a different methodology.
Basically I use nature to teach few concepts and also pictures & Videos to make them clear about the fundamental concepts.
Use the language with which they are comfortable at the early stage of understanding. Once they understand the concept then i use english.
I am not strict. I want them to learn without any fear but only love.
I conduct exams to know how much they understood and what need to teach next.
I focus on removing the exam fear in the students because fear is one which makes them to forget things during exam.
I also train the students to improve their memory through certain techniques.
