About Claire
Teaching yoga is a deeply personal journey that I make alongside everyone I teach. Training to be a yoga teacher, by its very nature, generates a shift in personal growth and taking that renewed inspiration to a class is such a pleasure and gift. Drawing on a wealth of experience and training, I teach both Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga. Each practice is quite different and holds unique benefits yet depending on what you want to achieve all rivers lead to the sea. I received Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with the very special Yoga on the Lane, headed up by Naomi Annand. After teaching for a number of years my personal practice evolved and I found Kundalini Yoga, taking KRI level 1 Teacher Training with Joy Yoga in London, led by Sat Shakti. All together, I am a 400+hr trained, experienced and passionate yoga teacher, ready to meet you exactly where you are. As a writer and creative, I love to work with individuals and small groups, mentoring people to access their innate wisdom and voice through a range of creative, yogic, and healing techniques. I have a human sciences degree in psychology and a master's degree in communications. My classes are all levels and I especially welcome beginners or those new to yoga. I also teach privately, in small groups, or at businesses as part of their wellness offering. Please contact me with any queries.

I teach people of all abilities and particularly enjoy introducing yoga/breathwork and meditation to beginners. My classes and mentoring can involve physical yoga with elements of breathwork/mantra/meditation where clients request. My aim is to leave students feeling centred, energised yet relaxed. As a writer and lifelong creative, I also love to work with individuals and small groups, mentoring people to access their innate wisdom and creativity through a range of artistic, yogic, and healing techniques
