About Victoria
I spent my life in the studio, on stage, in sports, and constantly encouraged to treat my body right while doing it, and most importantly have a good time! Learning and growth is best achieved with a strong body and mind! Being raised in a family of doctors, health was always important. And the knowledge behind it was just important too, and that’s what makes me a great teacher for you, I’m focused on you and how you learn best!

I trained in various styles over my dance career, name anything I’ll probably have done it! But my main technical training is firstly in ballet, secondly in tap, and thirdly in contemporary, jazz, musical theater, and lyrical. I also have knowledge in some yoga, cardio, muscle isolation, stretching and movement stretching. I also know a lot about the body, anatomy, physiology, and the way things impact your body. If you have any concerns, feel free to bring them to me and we can work around it and/or help!
