I started off with Urmi ma'am knowing very little about Sanskrit. And after some failed attempts with teachers previously, I was quite convinced that I'd be lucky just to pass. Since I had heard very good things about her from my peers I decided to give it one last shot. And I'm glad I did! She was always encouraging and never fear inducing- something that's crucial for students who aren't inherently good at a certain subject.
