About Ashutosh
Explore Yoga is an initiative of Ashutosh Mishra, a Master's in Yoga from SVYASA University (2009). His journey in the year 2000 after completing a program at Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari.
Ashutosh has been training people across age groups in educational, industrial, health care and corporate sectors for over 15+ years in Yogasana, Pranayama and Meditation. He is considered a pioneer the home-Yoga movement in Bangalore. He has trained many Yoga teachers in Bangalore, Delhi and some abroad.
