About Lydia
I am a passionate eater and cook! When I was little I started baking just because I wanted to eat some cake (some things never change haha). I always had a very balanced diet and grew up doing sports.
When I started having health issues 8 years ago I was forced to change my diet drastically: paleo, no gluten, no grains, no dairy, no sugar, no coffee, no alcohol.
I changed my lifestyle and adapted over the years and I believe that eating plant based and unprocessed food is the key to success (while having fun and not restriction yourself).
