About Lia
Lia here! I am a certified yoga and breathwork teacher based in London with a background in acting, contemporary dance and aerial arts. I love spending time in nature and I am very passionate about a wide range of wellness + longevity practices which I incorporate in my teachings.
My personal yoga practice started over 15 years ago when I was so curious to understand the whole yogic system that I would attend all classes available in my own town. I slowly discovered asanas, then meditation and ultimately breathwork.
6 years ago I became a certified yoga teacher and started my own online studio where I had the chance to guide over 100 students towards a more spacious body, improved mental clarity and better emotional regulation.
Yoga, meditation and breathwork are the tools that stand the test of time and personal evolution. It is always a surprise to rediscover myself through them as I always come back to them when life gets a bit rocky. My heart is full of gratitude to have learned these so young and be able to share them with you.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a big accent on breath. I believe that your breath can help you unlock your mind as well as deepen your physical practice. I use most yoga tools to help you understand your body and mind and become friendlier to yourself. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is one of my favorite practices to teach and introduce people to.
Due to my background in dance and sports, I can meet and support your body at any point it is in a non judgmental and solution oriented way. My practice is informed by bits of wisdom from all the environments and practices I’ve had the pleasure of discovering as each its offering its own lens on how we relate to the body, resilience, and healing.
I have worked with kids, dancers, around the clock desk workers who can't switch off , new parents and seniors with lots of conditions. Whilst my classes are suitable for everyone (lots of adjustments for most poses), I focus on teaching absolute beginners, beginners and intermediates.
