What sets me apart is my real-world experience as an actor, playwright, director, producer, filmmaker and mentor. My approach to teaching acting is rooted in truth, instinct, emotional connection, and professional discipline. I believe great acting is not about pretending — it is about fully understanding human behavior, relationships, vulnerability, and storytelling. Whether a student is pursuing acting professionally or simply looking to build confidence and creativity, I create a supportive but challenging environment that pushes each actor to grow authentically.
My teaching method combines scene study, character analysis, improvisation, emotional accessibility exercises, script breakdown, audition preparation, and on-camera technique. I help students develop a deeper understanding of character motivation, emotional stakes, subtext, and truthful listening. I also focus heavily on helping actors break unhealthy performance habits and become more grounded, natural, and emotionally available in their work.
A typical lesson may include:
