Meet Sreya Nandy, an amazing yoga teacher and therapist who has been helping people heal for over 6 years. Currently working as Yoga professional under ministry of AYUSH (WB HEALTH). Sreya holds a degree in Yoga Naturopathy and Yogic Science, as well as a Master's in Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Postnatal Specialist and she's also a Course Coordinator, Corporate Yoga specialist, and International Yoga Specialist. Sreya is passionate about helping people achieve physical and mental wellness through yoga, and she believes that following the principles of Anusashan, Explore, and Swadhyaya is the key to living a healthy life.
