I’ve spent much of my life exploring how nutrition, training, and mindful living intersect to boost athletic potential. Growing up active and competitive, I learned early on that proper nourishment and balance are key to unlocking one’s highest performance. This passion led me to study human biology in depth and gain professional qualifications in sports nutrition. I’ve since dedicated myself to guiding athletes toward strategies that combine ancestral dietary wisdom with cutting-edge bio-optimization practices.
