About Lazaro
My name is Lazaro and I am a Personal Now in Bracknell. Berkshire.
I’ve been in sport and fitness since I was a little kid and I am now old and as you can see I am in the best shape of my life.
I was born in Cuba and music and dance is in my blood. As well as my fitness training, I teach Boxing, MMA, Dance. Salsa and Zumba just to get my weekly fix of Latin vibes and Cardio.
I regularly compete as a Natural Body Builder and I have won several titles every year for the last 10 years . I have been blessed to be selected as a Guru trainer on the active channel since 2004 and I have since co-founded the Kettleblast Ultimate Training System.
Now I concentrate on training others here in Bracknell and I specialise in training experienced exercisers and also those people who are relatively new to exercise.
My sessions are often Challenging but always fun. I will train with you;
We will sweat together
We will laugh together and we will cry together

I have devoted several years of my career to my passion which is helping others to im- prove their health and fitness. Over the years I have learnt how to motivate my clients and make sure they become the healthiest and fittest they have ever been. I want every training session to be different. I tailor them to my clients’ needs, abilities and preferences.
In a training session with me, you will laugh, dance and work hard, that is why some people call me “The Crazy Cuban”. You won’t believe how much fun you can have whilst exer- cising! In addition to personal training and fitness classes I develop training and nutrition programmes for my clients and people who prepare for competitions and professional training i.e. body building.
I have competed and won in bodybuilding category on a number of occasions and successfully prepared clients for modelling physique, bikini, beach body and natural bodybuilding competitions. And also sports specific.
Most recently I have launched my own training called KettleBlast which combines music, dance and kettlebells. It is an intense workout but all my clients who tried it fell in love with it. You can find more information about KettleBlast at (concealed information)
