Alongside my diagnostic role, I mentor students and trainees, helping them build confidence in both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. Over the years, I’ve guided Biomedical Science students through degree modules, HCPC/IBMS registration portfolios, and professional competencies. I’ve also worked in quality and training — including organising a Quality Management System and supporting a UKAS inspection with zero findings.
