My name is Lara, and I’m not just a yoga teacher—I’m a guide for students navigating their most formative years with heart, intention, and balance.
With a background in teaching yoga to children and teens, and as an approved CAS Supervisor for the IB Diploma Programme, I specialize in supporting students who crave something deeper: a way to feel grounded, focused, and connected while fulfilling their CAS Activity requirements.
My classes aren’t about perfect poses or rigid routines. They’re about coming home to yourself, building resilience, and creating space for presence amid pressure. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle reflection, I hold space for young people to grow in self-awareness, release stress, and discover inner strength that supports both their academic success and their personal evolution.
My own journey has taught me that true transformation happens when we slow down, breathe deeply, and allow ourselves to be exactly who we are. That’s the energy I bring to every session—whether we’re practicing yoga or simply reflecting on how far you’ve come.

I’m Lara Morrone, a Registered Yoga Teacher and experienced CAS Supervisor, here to guide you through a 45-minute weekly online yoga experience designed especially for IB students. But this isn’t just any yoga class—it’s a sacred space for personal growth, clarity, and inner strength during one of the most intense seasons of your academic life.
This is more than a CAS activity. It’s a transformation.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving something that helps you breathe again, this program will meet you where you are—and gently elevate you.
