I've earned a B.S. in Computer Science, and as a Game Developer, programming is my daily work! In game development for example, that's breaking down the ideas of a game concept into smaller units that can then be programmed and tested.
The most important thing to me is making a positive impact and building a caring mentoring relationship, working with the students through problems in direct ways so they feel empowered to learn and solve.
