About Alex
I am currently in the final year of my Undergraduate Degree at the ANU where I am majoring in Gender Studies. I have always loved learning and teaching, especially on the subjects I am passionate about.
I have published two poetry collections in the last year and am currently editing my third. Whilst poetry is my favourite form of media to write, I enjoy writing in almost all forms of literature.
I am queer and neurodivergent, and hold these identities with great pride. They help inform much of my approach to teaching and education.

I take a collaborative approach to teaching, believing that students should have control and agency of their own learning. I aim to create a learning environment that is compassionate, understanding, and inclusive.
