About Libertina
I have had an education in Arts & Design and Visual Arts collectively for 7 years with an additional 3 years of self-experimentation and practise. I have taught 5 students how to; make use of different drawing/ painting methods, and how do use different materials and textiles. This has improved their attention to detail, sense of scale, accuracy, balance of colour, realistic appearance and self-expression.

I use a combination of the DBAE method and the authoritarian-doctorial method. The goal of DBAE is to develop an understanding and appreciation for art. DBAE includes teaching theories, contexts, and the ability to create and respond to art. Course content is created around art criticism, art history, art techniques and the context the art was created in. I touch on the surface level of this method. Most of my teaching involves physical practise.
An authoritarian-dictatorial method of teaching is normally set aside for students who have a low art ability. This method of teaching dictates exactly what to do in a step-by-step manner and includes a lot of directions at every step.
