3. Guided practice
The student applies the technique while I provide real-time guidance and corrections.
4. Independent application
The student works more independently on a related subject or drawing so I can see whether they have understood the concept.
5. Feedback & next steps
We analyze the work together, identify what has improved and what needs further practice, and I provide an exercise or direction for the next class.

I use a structured, easy-to-follow fine-art methodology that takes students from the fundamentals of observation to creating confident, finished drawings.
The learning process follows a progressive path:
Observation → Proportion → Construction → Perspective → Light & Shadow → Form & Texture → Composition → Finished Artwork
I break complex drawing concepts into simple, practical exercises so students understand why a drawing works, not just what to do. Classes combine demonstration, guided practice, individual correction and independent application.
Students learn how to observe shapes, angles, proportions and relationships accurately; simplify complex subjects into basic forms; understand perspective and spatial depth; create convincing three-dimensional forms through light and shadow; and gradually develop detail, texture and composition.
The curriculum progresses according to the student's level, so a complete beginner isn't overwhelmed while an experienced hobby artist can continue developing more advanced skills.
