I had been doing martial arts since 1992,I Started martial arts because I was bullied a lot at high School. I had competed in many tournaments And I Also competed in national and international tournament. I am a 4th dan taekwondo black belt and a 4th dan Shotokan karate.

His knowledge of not just Karate but martial arts in general as well as the mechanics of the body is incredible. If you want to learn to fight or to properly learn martial arts with an incredible teacher, then Keffe is the trainer for you.
