You know how that famous pandemic had his affects on the entire world. I also think it brought a little something different in all of us. It could have been good or less good, but either way you've definitely grew from that.
For me, it was yoga. This is what happened to me and I could never be enough grateful for that. And this is why since I received my Yoga Teacher Trainning of 200h, I want to share that beautiful gift that is yoga that everyone has the opportunity to make to themself.

Vous savez probablement à quel point cette fameuse pandémie a eu des effets sur le monde tout entier. Je crois aussi qu'elle a apporté un petit quelque chose de différent en chacun de nous, que ce soit bon ou moins bon. Mais dans tous les cas, vous avez certainement grandi de cela et appris quelque chose de nouveau sur vous-mêmes.
Pour ma part, c'est le yoga et je ne pourrai jamais être suffisamment reconnaissante de cela. Depuis que j'ai reçu ma Certification Professorale de Yoga de 200h (YTT), j'ai le plus grand des plaisirs à partager ce magnifique cadeau qu'est le yoga.

I share with you three different types of yoga that are all adapted to you, either your level, your restrictions and your preferences.
Hatha Yoga - A grounding practice which allows you to fully reconnect to yourself while breathing and moving slowly through a good yoga flow.
Vinyasa Yoga - It's a more flowy and rhythm yoga because of the way we connect our movements to our breath.
Yin Yoga - In this yoga you can let youself deeply release and letting go both physically and mentally du to the more extendand time holding on each relaxation pose.

Hatha Yoga - Une pratique qui ground et qui vous permettra de vous reconnecter à vous-mêmes tout en respirant et en bougeant dans la douceur, la lenteur et la présence.
Vinyasa Yoga - Cette pratique est plus rythmée et soutenue dû à la combinaison du mouvement et de la respiration. Elle permet une connexion différente avec soi-même et un certain dépassement de soi.
Yin Yoga - Dans cette séance, vous pouvez vous laissez complètement aller et relâcher autant physiquement que mentalement en raison du temps prolongé que vous passez dans chaque posture.
