I’ve been working full-time as a software engineer since 2017 and am currently a Senior Software Engineer at Slack, where I lead large-scale frontend initiatives and interview engineers across multiple levels. I bring real-world hiring insight, technical depth, and years of experience building production systems used by millions.
I’ve delivered over 250 hours of 1:1 mentoring and previously led Techqueria, the largest nonprofit for Latinos in tech with more than 25,000 members. I take professionalism seriously.
