About Shreyash
I am an undergraduate senior at Purdue University studying computer science. I have a strong background in mathematics through all the math courses I have taken. I believe that Math and Science should be taught in a way that is both engaging and challenging. I use a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, and problem-solving exercises. Instruction on new concepts: I will teach the student the new concepts. Practice problems: The student will solve practice problems to reinforce the concepts. Assessment: I will assess the student's understanding of the concepts. Closure: I will summarize the lesson and answer any questions that the student has. What sets me apart as a tutor: I am a patient and understanding tutor who is always willing to help my students succeed. I have experience tutoring students of various levels of understanding. I am also familiar with a variety of math software programs and can help students use them to learn math. Who the lessons are for: I can tutor students of all ages and levels of understanding.
