About Bertrand
I love modern cuisine, quality products, compose with what is there. I am passionate about cooking and raw materials. I was approached on social networks by the program Objectif Top Chef. I carried out the test with the Food critic of the show who selected me to participate in the program. I also presented my dishes and compositions to Thierry Marx who encouraged me to continue on this path. At the end of 2020, I will open a food business in Paris.
