Hi! I’m a 17-year-old student from Scotland currently studying A-Level (equivalent) Maths, Further Maths, Biology, and Chemistry. I’ve always loved learning and problem-solving — especially in Maths and Science — and I’ve represented my school in over 30 maths competitions. I know that these subjects can sometimes feel tricky or overwhelming, so my goal is to make them clear, engaging, and enjoyable. I focus on helping students truly understand the “why” behind the topics, not just memorise methods. I offer online lessons for students, tailored to each learner’s needs — whether you’re looking to boost confidence in a subject or even just a little bit extra knowledge to put you ahead. As a student myself, I understand how to explain things in a way that’s relatable and easy to follow, while keeping lessons interactive and supportive. My lessons involve a mixture of one-on-one teaching, questions and some contextual extras to help give your child a better, wider understanding of the subject. A typical lesson would be 30-45 minutes long; however, I understand each young person is different and every lesson will be tailored to suit everyone from content to length. I am a relatively new tutor but I have experience within school helping with the maths teams within the younger years. These lessons are aimed at anyone pre-GCSE level and GCSE level. I usually offer a lesson a week but if ever required, extra lessons can be booked (e.g. before SATs).
