About Joy
Hi! I’m Joy, a passionate science tutor and future high school science teacher. I have a B.Sc. in Biology from UNB Saint John and a Master’s in Marine Management from Dalhousie University. I’m currently completing my Master of Teaching in Science Education (MST) with a focus on secondary school science. Alongside tutoring, I also work with Fisheries and Oceans Canada, where I apply science and management in real-world conservation and research. This hands-on experience helps me bring fresh, practical insight into each lesson. I’m enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely love helping students feel more confident in science.
