With over 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and naturopathist, I am passionate about helping people achieve holistic wellness and happiness through natural healing methods. I teach all types of yoga at home, club houses, gyms, and corporate settings, and I tailor my classes to suit the needs and preferences of my clients. I also have expertise in sound healing, which is a powerful technique to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
At Giridhar Yoga, I conduct yoga teacher training courses for 200 hours, certified by Yoga Alliance USA, in Bangalore. I also provide therapy for various diseases and conditions, such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, arthritis, and more, using yoga, massage, reiki, mud, diet, and other natural healing modalities. I believe that yoga and naturopathy can empower people to heal themselves and live a healthy and fulfilling life.
