About Italibi
Before practicing yoga my life was very stressful, a lot of work, little time, my health was not bad but I did not feel completely well. I decided to make a change and after learning yoga changed my life completely. For this experience I decided to get certified as a teacher Acharga (Advanced Certification Yoga) my studies performed in India and from there to teach classes aimed at people looking for: Minimize stress Improve your physical health Balance your emotional health and mental Rehabilitation Therapies Develop your way prenatal Yoga and spiritual seniors have taught multicultural and groups of all ages. Mainly in Asia and the US My goal is that more people get to know yoga, not only as a way to stay physically healthy, but in emotional and mental peace

Perfect! Después de prácticamente no hacer ninguna actividad física en mi vida, decidí hacer yoga y no me arrepiento. Estoy feliz y en gran medida es gracias a Italibi que es una magnífica profesora. Sus clases son muy completas, explica y muestra perfectamente bien las posturas, qué significan y de dónde provienen, los mantras son preciosos. Además es puntual, flexible y lo más importante tiene un trato muy bonito y es muy cariñosa y comprensiva. La recomiendo muchísimo!!!

Italibi es una joya. Recomiendo sus clases muchisimo. Una gran maestra del arte de la meditacion. Es puntual , constante y muy profesional . Como alguien que sufre con estres postraumatico y mucha ansiedad sus clases me han ayudado muchisimo a encontrar calma y paz que no habia podido encontrar en ningun otro lugar . Italibi is a wonderful Yoga-teacher because she believes from her heart in what she is doing and really is capable to transfer that knowledge to her students. No matter the age, if you are just beginners level or super advanced. I (male, mid 30s) really felt taken care of.
She fully adjusts to her single students with their individual needs & body capabilities and truly cares about that you discover something new about yourself. I love that. I met her in Malaysia. I was not aware of yoga and she taught me the basics in few days in easy ways. Would recommend her to anyone who is willing to learn Yoga fast. Good luck !!!
Italibi is friendly and warm-hearted which makes for a good atmosphere in class. Her demonstrations were clear and well explained so I had no difficulties in following her instructions, even though I'm a beginner. She had a close eye on her students and corrected postures in a pleasant way. I would join her class anytime...
