My main objective is for my students to feel comfortable enough to be their true, creative, honest & open selves. I use music & instrumentals to express a kaleidoscope of emotions within movement and text. I also use a lot of the techniques I gained from Drama School. Overall, I hope to create a safe space for myself and my students to let go, be silly & explore our crazy imagination.
