About Tim

Over the last 20 years I have taught science at several good secondary schools across South Yorkshire.
More recently I have tutored maths and science across KS3 and KS4 often working with the same students throughout their secondary school life and supporting them to achieve the grades they deserve. This might be moving from a 6 to an 8 or 9, or getting someone from a grade 3 to that all-important 4.

Alongside teaching, I have worked in mental health supporting neurodivergent and anxious young people get the support they need to succeed. As such, I have knowledge and experience at engaging and motivating all learners regardless of their individual needs.
