About Nikita
I am a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor trained at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY). My journey with yoga has helped me appreciate its importance in maintaining physical health, mental peace, and emotional well-being. I believe yoga is not just a form of exercise but a way of life that encourages mindfulness, balance, and self-awareness.
I want to share my knowledge of yoga to help people build a healthy lifestyle, manage everyday stress, and develop a deeper connection with themselves. My aim is to make yoga simple, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone, especially beginners. I hope to create a supportive environment where individuals can learn at their own pace and experience the benefits of yoga in their daily lives.

# My Experience as a Yoga Instructor
As a yoga instructor trained at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), I focus on creating safe, engaging, and beginner-friendly yoga sessions that promote physical fitness, mental relaxation, and overall well-being.
**Teaching Techniques and Methods:**
My teaching approach combines demonstrations, step-by-step instructions, guided practice, breathing exercises, and posture corrections. I emphasize proper alignment, mindful movement, and modifications according to individual abilities. I incorporate Hatha Yoga, basic asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to make sessions accessible and beneficial.
**Typical Class Structure:**
I begin with a short centering exercise and gentle warm-up, followed by preparatory movements, yoga asanas, and breathing practices. I conclude with relaxation and a brief guided meditation to help participants feel calm and refreshed.
**My Special Features as a Teacher:**
I believe in patience, clear communication, individual attention, and creating a supportive learning environment. I encourage participants to practice at their own pace without comparing themselves with others. My focus is on consistency, correct technique, safety, and the holistic benefits of yoga.
**Target Audience:**
My classes are suitable for beginners, school children, young adults, and adults seeking to improve flexibility, posture, concentration, and stress management. I aim to adapt sessions to the age, fitness level, and needs of each group.
