About Javier
With a professional qualification in Physical Conditioning (Grado Superior, Spain) and over two years’ hands-on experience as a personal trainer and HIIT instructor at Ritual Gym Azca in Madrid, I’ve spent my career helping people train safely, effectively and with real results — not guesswork.
My own training history goes back well beyond my professional career: I’ve spent over eight years training seriously across judo, hockey, jiu-jitsu, climbing, calisthenics, powerlifting and bodybuilding. That breadth means I don’t teach from a single playbook — I draw on strength training, mobility work, conditioning and technique from several disciplines, and adapt all of it to what actually suits you.
I moved to Dublin almost two years ago, and after a break to settle into a new country and a full-time management role, I’m back to coaching — now bilingual in English and Spanish, so language is never a barrier to clear instruction.
I currently train clients at my complex in Dundrum, which has both a residents’ gym and an outdoor calisthenics park, giving sessions genuine variety between structured strength work and bodyweight training outdoors. I also offer online coaching, combining personalized training plans with nutrition guidance for clients anywhere.
Whatever your starting point — a complete beginner who wants a confident, structured introduction to training, a client managing an injury, a pregnant client needing a carefully adapted program, or someone more experienced looking to break a plateau — every program is built around your goals, your level and your schedule, with the same professional standard I built my career on.

Drawing on my Higher Technician Certificate (Grado Superior) in Physical Conditioning, my experience as a personal trainer and HIIT instructor, plus 8+ years across strength sports, calisthenics and bodybuilding, I build programs that fit your equipment, schedule and experience level — whether that’s a home workout, a commercial gym, or a full strength-training block.
This service works well if you’re short on time, prefer training at your own pace, or want expert guidance without needing to be in the same city. Available in English or Spanish, and communication stays simple via chat/video calls for check-ins and questions.
