I’ll then outline a tailored nutrition plan and set achievable short-term goals to get you started on your journey. This session is also a great opportunity to ask any questions and ensure we’re aligned on your path forward. Then a follow-up call where we’ll review your progress, tackle any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. We’ll also set achievable goals for the upcoming weeks.
