I foster positive relationships which support my learners, allowing them the freedom and confidence to contribute within the class, this is backed up by my commitment to the highest standards of expectation for learners. All lessons are devised through adaptive resource development, I cater lessons specifically to each child depending on needs and strengths at all levels, including SEN. I have a keen interest in reading and use this to support deeper learning and discussions within my class. This supports in allowing young people the freedom to engage deeper within topics.
