About Amaury

For Philosophy: Graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and holder of the CAPES of philosophy, I offer individual courses of philosophy from the terminal to the M2, as well as a preparation for the competitions of the superior (ENS, .). I teach philosophy in all sections in high school, and are a part of the jury of the baccalaureate. As a result, I am familiar with the curriculum and the expectations of the markers, and will therefore be able to give the student the knowledge and techniques that will enable him to succeed in the year and the final test. A strong emphasis will be placed on methodology, for philosophy, especially through dissertation and problematized explanation of texts, is a discovery that can be confusing in terms of terminology. On the basis of regular exercises, students will be able to understand by applying them the fundamental principles of these tests and acquire the various "reflexes" and "tricks" that are useful in dealing with any subject. During the first course, I will make a personalized diagnosis of the needs of the student who will allow me to develop a suitable course; In parallel with the methodological exercises, which always mobilize philosophical reflection and content, we will endeavor to clarify the points of course which have not been mastered.
