About Wendy
I trained at East 15 Acting School and worked in the acting industry for a number of years. I opened my own drama school for children and young adults in 2004 and have been tutoring in various schools ever since. I have a BA in drama. I specialise in audition technique and LAMDA examinations and have 100% pass rate!

I am a ‘method’ trained actor, and base a lot of my teaching on the ideas of Stanislavsky. I teach my students to really research and get to identify and connect with the character they are playing. When preparing for an audition or drama examination it’s really important to find the right pieces for the student and then embark on the actor’s journey of creating the character. We look at voicework, movement, facial play, posture, staging, and various acting techniques.
