About Jharna
Jharna Gola’s journey began at 25, during the unexpected pandemic of the dreaded coronavirus. Yoga, being a healing tool, brought about a 360-degree change in her passive lifestyle. She decided to share the magic of yoga with the people around her to help others switch to an active and healthy lifestyle. Becoming seriously ill during the 2-year lockdown, yoga healed the problems in her life, and brought about immense change in her body for the greater good. A student of the 100-year-old world renowned Kaivalyadham Institution, she is a double postgraduate in the field of yoga. She has achieved multiple certifications from institutions such as Morarji Desai, in yoga asanas, pranayama meditation and as well as a certification as a yoga wellness instructor. She is an expert in pranic healing, and during her remarkable decade-long experience, Jharna has healed and trained innumerable clients from all over India. She has successfully cleared the YCB 2 and the YCB 3 examinations under the Ministry of Aayush. Apart from her commendable certifications and yogic achievements, she specializes in Iyengar yoga from Omkar Yoga Mandir in Karnataka, under a student of the one and only BKS Iyengar. Trained under Dr. Sharadchandra Bhalekar, she believes yoga to be a source of natural healing and peace to the body. She strongly believes in mantra chanting as a source of inner satisfaction and relaxation to the mind and body. Her other achievements include intense training in Kriyayog under Dr. R.S. Bhogal from Kaivalyadham Institution and specialization in supportive yoga, medical therapies and healing chronic ailments. Apart from varied certifications in the field of yoga, she strongly believes in yoga to be a spiritual tool for the body to attain inner relaxation, peace and mind control.
