I am a certified hatha yoga instructor wishing to spread the ancient Indian heritage, not only the physical aspect but also the blissful mindfulness of it. No problem if you cant backbend, we'll do it together!! I give classes to healthy individuals of all age, at home, in studios and in societies.

About Rashika
