Hello! I am a professional dancer with over 12 years of rigorous training and performance experience, specializing deeply in classical Kathak while actively practicing and teaching Western, contemporary, and Indian folk dance styles. Alongside my lifelong artistic journey, I am currently pursuing my MBA at Manipal University Jaipur. Balancing management studies with a professional dance career has given me an incredibly structured, disciplined, and organized approach to mentoring others.
Dance is not just a performance art for me; it is a powerful way to build self-confidence, emotional expression, and physical fitness. My diverse background allows me to bring a unique blend of cultural depth and modern presentation into every lesson. I chose to share my knowledge on this platform because I am genuinely passionate about helping others discover the joy of movement, helping beginners conquer their stage fear, and passing forward the rich artistic traditions that have shaped my life.

I offer versatile and highly engaging dance lessons encompassing a wide range of styles, including Classical Kathak, Western commercial, Indian Folk, and Contemporary dance.
My teaching methodology focuses on versatility, making dance both a disciplined art form and a joyful medium of self-expression. I break down complex body movements, footwork, and rhythms into easily learnable steps for students of all backgrounds.
A typical 60-minute class is structured to build both stamina and technique:
1. Warm-up & Isolation Exercises (Approx. 10-15 mins): Improving flexibility, core strength, and rhythm coordination tailored to the chosen style.
2. Choreography & Technique: Learning specific routines, footwork (like Tatkar for Kathak or isolations for Western), expressions, and musicality.
3. Cool Down & Performance Review (15 mins): Group or individual feedback, stretching, and rhythm tracking.
What sets my classes apart is my 12 years of extensive training across diverse dance forms. I don't just teach choreography; I teach body awareness, performance confidence, and spatial navigation. Whether you want to master the grace of classical Kathak, the energy of Western hip-hop/jazz, the cultural roots of Indian folk, or the fluid storytelling of contemporary dance, my lessons are adapted completely to your goals.
